Disappointing budget
by Giritharan B on Jul 06, 2009 01:34 PM

They have scrapped all our hopes. Nothing much has been done in the budget. This is bad. Fiscal deficit is a lame excuse. You have crores of money in Swiss bank and the bank gains crores of profit with these money. Though Swiss is about to ready to disclose the account holder names, our governemnt has not taken any steps. Remember US has requested the swiss bank.

Like earlier FM, he has befooled the common man/public. No major relief to anyone, deficit financing is huge, how they will curb inflation, currency printing is not the solution. If it is, why to put taxes.

Most useless Budget!
by seshasayee Kandadai on Jul 06, 2009 01:24 PM  | Hide replies

Our FM is still in the same ages when he had held this portfolio 25 years back under Mrs Indira Gandhi. His thinking has not changed at all. The UPA Govt it appears will ruin the life of middel class further.

Yep.. In this economy situation, there should have some major stimulus. When US spends around $750 billion dollars as a stimulus, We are rarely one or two percent.
