Why the REALITY SECTOR gets the patronage?

Why the REALITY SECTOR gets the patronage?

Why Govt. does not take any action to regulate the Reality sector, as everyone knows that there is absolute anarchy in this sectors, which is virtually killing the interest of common people and in turn affecting the whole economy. Few of the factors are enumerated below:

There is no mismatch between the real (not inflated like cost of land etc.) cost of construction and selling price. Virtually the bunch of unscrupulous people have entered in the field, created cartel, spree in grabbing the land of urban areas with the help of unscrupulous politicians (one can see, how the builders are grabbing the lands, amazingly nobody is taking cognizance as to what is the source of their finance and yhe way it is hurting the common people) to kill the opportunity of common people.

Consequent to this, despite such heavy reduction in interest of lending rate, the common people are shying away from buying the house, and therefore the associated sectors, like cement, steels are also not improving.

Now why our leadership (Central and State) is not taking cognizance about the virtual robbery by the reality developers / builders i.e. the difference between real construction cost and the selling.

Why the administration and political leadership is not taking cognizance about the mushrooming of property brokers, basically the criminals elements.

Why the general public is not raising the voice.

If the realty sector fails, the banks would be sitting with a bunch of over priced assets and the bubble would burst. Hence to postpone this burstof the bubble , which was created due to the lethergy of the rulers who ever it may be, now thwy are using the tax payers money to protect this bubble. When the real estate tycoons took away the abnormal gains no body cared. Now even their nominal losses would be protected. While the am admi's taxes can be used for protectng the interest of the rela estate, hbis dreams of a home can not be met and nobody will ever tell of the price cuts in this sector.

Common Man spends 30 to 50 % of its income on either paying EMI or House Rent . Where they have excess money to spend on Lavious things like Car.

As per estimate, major population do not have their own house.

No man will go to bank for Home Loan if property prices do not fall by at least 200 per cent.

Recession is going to stay for long if property prices don't crash. We are a victim to the excess greed of Builders and Property sharks . In last 5 years, only Mall and Multiplex were built in the name of Realty development. Only few residential projects come up and that too in High end segment ( prices range from 20 Lacs to 2 Crore) Much away from the hands of Co

Presenting the interim Budget for 2009-10 in Lok Sabha, on Monday that UPA Govt has been made to fulfil promises made to the uncommon people of India. They dont bother about for middle class and poor people. They are for only rich people.Private banks are exploiting the middle class of people of India, they are giving credit cards over phone and personal loans without verifing their capabilities, eligibilities when they unable to pay then they are sending goondas for recovery and disturbing their family life and insulting in front of others, encouraging for suicide,is it correct way to take back their outstanding with illigal charges with 48% interest per year, who wil think for this common people.

Why do you fall into the trap? Almost all the private banks try to reach the defaulters with very decent approach for atleast 3 or 4 times. After their decent attempts proved frutile they are forced to take other ways to collect. This is 100 percent true.
