As long as you have flash installed in your browser (99% of browsers do), the calculator will show up.
iam approached the bank for the loan after finalising the flat in chennai. Iam also paid some advance so that i can make the sale agreement with builder which is very necessary for loan processing. During the processing the lawer is asking for some original land document for legal opinion. But builder said that the particular original land document is not required for processing. But lawer told that this is absolutely necessary. The same builder sold the flats in Phase 1. Some banks already gave the loan for that. If this bank not approved the loan, can i get the amount which is paid to the builder? please give me the suggestion.

since at the time of purchasing a flat you will become entitled to a piece of the land in proportion to your ownership of superbuilt up area.Land title should be clear for at least 30 years. If it is poramboke land ur flat will become an illegal structure and is liable for demolition.Insist on clear land title Also check for Approved Building Plan there should be no plan violation else it will be demolished ,Certificate from Chennai Municipal corporation for Building Completion, sewage and Water board Clearance,TNEB Clearances etc. Some Bank officials are hand in glove with the Builder for giving home loans.Do your own independent legal verification by taking the help of a lawyer whom you can trust. All the best proceed with caution and make a few enquiries before giving the balance. In case you were not satisfied with your enquiries approach the builder for a refund and if in case he does not repay back the money approach the Consumers forum with the neccessary evidence alleging deficiency of service.

The calculator is flash based, so as long as your browser has flash enabled it should work, regardless of your Operating System.

Clicking on the download button takes you to a page from where you can download the calculator. I tried it out and it works fine.
