Well travel in taxi in the city.. Go down to Mall... Go for a Movie.. Have good food in a decent enough restaurant. Hmmm... I am missing the cheap part...

why these fool r rating mumbai as cheaper, they compare rupee to dollar instead of comparing the actual percnt of per capita income used to spend a day in tose cities.

Did the survey compared the average salary of all the citis and average spending in percentage of salary? These kind of surveys create a misnormer to the readers and confuse them. It is similar to misnormer of readrs beliving that negative inflation means there will be steep fall in prices.

depends on what you arecomparing with, say new york or tokyo wudbe a bad comparision! a white earning in london wud find things cheap in delhi/mumbai! an indian wud find cheap living in soamalia/niger/chad etc. it is another thing no one wants to go there!
I think It Delhi, Mubai should have been Cheapest Cities in the world due to following reasons.
1) Third Grade City in the World 2) First in Pollution in the world 3) No -1 Dirty Cities in the World. 4) Traffic Jaming and Third classs Roads.
But people in these cities know how to cheat the public. So I do not trust these are the cheapest Cities in The world by price ofcourse it can be cheapest city in the world by nature of people, Commenting on ladies, no security for womens, rape Murder thease are the cheapest things in Delhi and Mumbai.
