In Congress Rule, Land and Property prices have zoomed up like never before. Rates went up by more than 3 times in last 5 years. Also now estate agents should not get more than 1% brokerage or 1 month rent as brokerage in rent flats. All govertment duties and taxes should be reduced to less than half, so that people are encouraged to buy and the construction industry revives. In Congress Rule, there was so much volatilty, which has sucked blood of common man and everybody is scared to buy property, fearing prices will fall more. First prices increased by 400% and then have gone down by 20% now.

yes only the prices have come up but dont have to live in fear of communal violence like all the bjp ruled states

when they say we have the capacity to fight with this virus, it does not mean that we should allow people to come in here without any precautionary measure, or they come here freely to infact there dirty virus to innocent people in India.
As we donot eat Pork mostly, so we should not suffer by this virus otherwise it will mean Jesus is again crucified for nothing...
Please donot come here to infect us just to boost our tourism.

As Mr.Khushwant Singh once said, the people of the developed world are much more susceptible to virus infections than those in developing countries, unused as they are to unhygienic environments that are so routine in countries such as India.
They have had 'pandemics' such as BSE, Saars, Bird flu, etc. and now they have Swine flu !
None of these 'pandemics' have had any effect in India and neither will 'Swine flu' have any !
Dont you think it's too early to say anything. Once it is a pandemic it will not take any time to reach any corner of the world. Think a bit more about human life than Economy (sensex)

Heard in Doordarsan News that a person who has arrived from U.S. at Hyderabad airport is with signs of swine flu and in Hospital. No countries can be immune to this epidemic as passengers and goods are moved from one country to another everyday. Precaution is a must worldwide.
