Great Rohit! your knowledge & respect about marathis is reflecting in your mail. I agree that marathis are not holding top job in US. Can you tell me which post Mr.Vikram pandit is holding in CITI group? please check.

Also please check how much this Bihari CEO contributed for rehabilitation of Kosi river flood relief fund ?

As of now I doubt, don't believe, on such a huge earning! One of my neighbout, who is not a novice but, sure, had some I.T. course and 5 years ago flawn to america, now he bought a villa for Rs.1.20 crores nearby my house. I was doubt that Within a 4/5 years is it possible for one to earn such a huge money?

It is not impossible! If he saves US$48000 or per year, it is possible. He could have borrowed (as in mortgage) some money. He probably earns well over a 100thousand per year....anyway..he made it USA!

not an yearly salary.
by Patriotic on Apr 04, 2009 10:23 AM  | Hide replies

I guess, its a one time payout with stock and not with cash. Most probably he wont be able to exercise the stock for next couple of years or company gets back to normal.(Motorola mobile phone company is in deep loss) Cannot be considered salary, but a bonus for taking over the CEO job for next some years.. last year a paki guy was at the top.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES TOO
by Abhay Saini on Apr 04, 2009 10:12 AM  | Hide replies

It is good to read Mr. Sanjay Jha’s salary package of $104 million per annum. It is a proud moment for him to celebrate as Motorola is also not a bail out company like many others.

Did he has an outreach to rg-foundation.org and a philanthropist mindset? If yes, can be an INDIA WARREN BUFFET?

A rare Website to surf not only to extend help but also empowering yourself with thought provoking powerful ideas overnight. Chaper 11 of THE GOLDEN SPARROW AWAKENS will take you to the pinnacle of your inquisitiveness and real action now happening on ground by the Government on many fronts.

You can also take a leaf out of it. Take action and do not mind spending 3 to 4 hours reading it. Also note carefully the change in population counter by the time you enter and exit the website. AN INCREDIBLE INCREASE.

Nevertheless, GOOD LUCK.

Mr. acharya, It appears u r a Bengali. We all know the Rule of law existing there under Left rule. Atleast in Bihar an honest Engineer cum politician Mr. Nitish is in power with BJP support where Law & Order is much better than atleast Bihar. But Why r u talking about these issues here, u left minded anti national Bengali.

Is there anything left for a bengali to say now after the nano incident. They thought nano project will never roll out if its not from Bengal. Its high time that ppl are getting flown away in the name of communism.. Mamta bannerjee wsnt paid the amount she asked and she made it a public issue as if she cares for ppl.. she was one of the worst rail minister and now she is empathising with ppl ..

But dont worry .. everytime anything happens to you ppl compare yourself with Bihar and feel proud that you are supreme. Long hail this attitude !!!

We have politicians who create regional and religious hatred, politicians who oppose projects like Tata Nano for political gains.

We can change our political system by voting for the right person and persuading/educating people around you to vote for the right person.

Loksatta led by Jayaprakash Narayan(Former IAS)is the only party which said it will not use
1) Money
2) Liquor
3) Religious hatred
4) Regional hatred to win in elections.

It is the only party which said it will not go for strikes to protest against government polocies but will protest in a democratic way.

For a country like India which has a 14% power deficiency importing nuclear technology for power generation is very important. Loksatta is the only party which was not part of the UPA (ruling coilation) which supported the Nuclear deal and urged other parties to support the deal which is very essential for our country.

When govt increased fuel prices because of the increased prices in gulf countries all oppositon parties did unfruitful works like using bullock carts to goto assembly. But loksatta is the only party which said we should reduce our dependency on oil (petrol) we should start using unconventional resources and fuel efficient technologies.

It is the only party which talks about providing good education and health facilities, infrastructure.

Let us all contribute by voting for the right person and campaign for parties like Loksatta which have great principles

Looks like you are one among the thousand indian student who just want to do some IT/MBA course and dream to earn big bucks .. you ppl have erased research/core study from education.. Have created such a rat race here that no one is bothered for Masters in technology in India.. Thankfully UK has enforced HSMP for MS holders only ..
