IF COMPANY HAS INCLUDE LTA IN SALARY CAN IT POSSIBLE TO CLAIM DEDUCTION IN MY I T RETURN

But here in our company Finance deppt. has told us as all LTA has been merged with your Salary ,So Can not take Clam for LTA.
I am getting 3650 Rs./Month LTA.
Please suggest us how can I claim these.

Hi, what if i transfer part of my salary(direct credited in bank after TDS) to bank account of my wife and she is buying/selling shares from that money, do i need to pay tax on the profit of that share?

If the gain is short term caPITAL GAIN,THEN YES.

Hi,
Iam paying the tution fee for my sisters. I know that children's tution fee can be claimed. Can I claim dependent's(sisters) tution fee under section 80C? If I can, what is the maximum limit and for how many dependents.

Sorry but u cannot claim deduction u/s 80C for the tution fees paid for your dependent sister as the section permits deduction only in respect amount paid as tution fees for children of the assessee.

You mean you are gifting some amount to your brother ? You will not get any deduction or relief in your tax but your brother will not have to pay tax on this gift,whatever the amount.

That will be the monthly income plan,which has a lock in period of 6 years.

As the law stands now,only on interest.No deduction on principal repayment under Sec 80E (for repayment of education loan) but there is no limit as to the amount.Under 80C you will get deduction for principal repayment on home loan within the overall limit of Rs 1 lac.The exemption on interest on home loan is available separately under Sec 24 for calculating income from house property.
