whom to complain and who will make rules
by delguy on Oct 30, 2007 05:05 AM  | Hide replies

most of the builders are from politicians backing and they make the rules, so no way out. Give me a break guys, Blue line buses are so resh and careless and still they are running so dont keep any hopes on govt. Also I always fail to understand why in India always rule favors the rich and strong, be it law, building or whatever.I can not even think of buying a flat in Noida, I enquired with few of them and they are so casual and dont care attitudes. They will not answer anything from you and if you enquire a bit more, they will ignore you. what to do they have lot of money and above all many buyers....

Well said.
There are more buyers these days ..
U keep asking for things to be added in Contract, maybe you can never buy a house.
We need regulatory body to define rules as such and the contracts must be based on those and they must be transparent to the public.
