Why are almost all the builders asking the purchasers to pay money in black. Why are the purchasers obliging. From where do these people get so much black money and why do we encourage such builders by paying them black money. All this is resulting in them becoming more richer and powerful. Is there anyone who can take action against such builders ??? Anand
