usa is thinking too much and are being stupid for nothing

with minor or no changes to current h1b visa laws, they should allow more people on h1.

make it a must that visa holders leave the country if they are not paying the taxes to govt for a specific period of time(give 3 months for a guy on bench to look for a job)

usa is simply robbing people by not repaying the taxes that these visa holders are paying to their govt and their stupid lawmakers are simply crying over this issue for nothing.

why the gov should give you back the tax? it is not like in India paying tax is like throwing away the money. Lot of tax payers money is spend on health care and other emergency and war in iraq

US has all right to make rules on US Visa's and Green Card because they are talking about their own Nation. If you are not interested then don't go and serve you own Nation.

After all SC,ST,BC quota - govt will give you watchman post. And all the dump people get the job to which they do not deserve. Remove the reservation system, in no time India will become No. 1.

I agree AAA, stop quota system in India, stop brain drain. Make India no.1 in the world. this can happen only & only if all your polititians start thinking for nation and not for their vote bank.

You have also to think about the pro market stance they take w.r.t all the countries. And the pressure that is exerted on these countries to open the market for big companies. But when it comes to labour, it is not really open and the country's welfare come before everything else. Why is it so ?

Dubai is making hell lot of money with VISAs only. Moreover, Arabs wont settle for labour works for which Indians (Mallus & Pakistanis) are attracted

Why should they run THEIR country according to YOUR whims and fantasies?

When they needed the people, the gave the outsiders an oppurtunity to come in? They were not forcing anyone to go there. It is NOT your birthright to be able to go to the US. Now you are whining about US not letting you in, but will you allow 200,000 bangladeshi or pakistani software engineers to come to India EVERY YEAR?

fighting for the causes in india is very tough mahendra sir. it will take years for bringing the change.

in america, people (most of em) follow some process, there everybody (most) works towards improving the quality of life.

here we are not educated enough to know what the quality of life is.

What do you think, how Indian economy and FOREX is growing - its all due to people who is working in the USA and sending money to INDIA. People like you are simply sitting and eating and delivering statements like a politician.

Because you have a country like America all these Indians, Mexicans, Chinese and what not flock to that country. So stop blaming America as if it is your birth right to get a visa to that country. Try to make your country better than America.

Every nation does that. Its not just USA being oppurtunist. Every nation will look for its own interests before looking at other issues.

Americans have the right to do whatever they want with H1Bs and illegal immigration, its their country.
