thanks again for this budget.but some question are still unanswered-i.e 1.gathering in general class i.e 2nd class (without reservation) 2.corruption of TTEs like so

But what about pregnant women who are required to travel? Actually booking for lower berths should be allowed on special circumstances - injury accident/ senior citizen / disabled passenger etc. This status can be provided at the time of booking.
Recently when we were travelling to Goa, the entire reserved coaches of the train were stormed by unreserved class passengers. It was so packed that we could not move from our berths. There were as many as 3 people sitting where one person was sleeping. People were on the floor of the train. The TC removed his shoes and climbed from one berth to the other to reach the end of the boggie. There were more than 200 unreserved people besides reserved class passengers! I have photographs and a video clipping of the same. I would definitely like to show it to our emminent friend Mr. L Prasad. Added to it a minister was on the same train!
What about the curraption of railways 200 for birth 50 rs. for the standing in sleepar class. ad. stop the reservation in the train in case of empty ticket checker always asked for money
