Dear brother, this world is full of Maaya. So, always keep Sadaa siva in your mind, dear brother.

It is a famous philosophical song in Telugu

Looks like someone has kicked you on your pet. (Stomach). See although I do understand your feeling, most of the time a person is sacked because he / she is incapable of delivering. Thats y they get sacked. There could be a situation when you too would have to do the same thing onto your junior. So..its a part of life. Better learn and be practical and dont look into the emotional part. Listen to one thing very clearly...No one will remain without a job for long. So dont worry. Be Happy.

Outsourcing
by Surender Sharma on Dec 27, 2007 02:05 PM  | Hide replies

I see a day when people will start outsourcing the production of their babies to third world countries like China and India who have mastered their skills in producing huge number of babies. It is another area where China and India are competing with each other and I don't think that any other country can beat them. It is advisable to western countries to start thinking seriously on this issue. It will really help them in meeting the challenge being posed by low population.

Haha..good one that. What else can we think of outsourcing. Outsourcing someone else to fight war for us? Thats a good idea.

Someone else brushing our teeth for us. Wow..man..I am thinking!!!!Haha

Surender Sharma,

Partly the job has already started. I mean..by adopting babies from India and African countries. I have no idea about adoptions from China.

There are many surrogate mothers in India carrying the babies for westerners... Long back there was an article in India Today about such women in Gujarat. The outsourcing had begun long ago on this front.

This sort of outsourcing will never have room to outsource sacking of staff. The staff being the producer will always be pathologically liked to the produces. This article will not fit into this activitiy. LOL.

My vote too !

A manager who takes pride in offering an appointment letter, should have the audacity of handing out a termination letter too. Thats a part of what he is paid for.

RE:when heyman will be fired .

nice reply programmer!

when there is an extreme mode of hiring in the industry, there is obviously firing mode too. it is not a new trend but just pass on the buck to an external entity. outsourcing 'firing';will have more negative impact than directly firing with severence. Fired employees will call them 'COWARDS'(guess it can be a new term in HR!
