TATA - Name is enough.
by Chilukuri Murty on Dec 20, 2007 08:06 PM

Having worked in Tata Steel for 24 years,I can proudly say that Tata group companies maintain excellent relationship with its employees. Late JRD Tata was an example of simple living and high thinking. Though he was the head of Tata organisation, he lived in a rented house throught his life. When he breathed his last at a hospital in Switzerland, even the attending nurse did not know who was Mr. Tata - she knew about him only when she received numerous calls from around the world after his death. Long live JRD ....

The Tata group has done all this and will do much more to make itself and the country proud. The man himself i.e; Mr R N Tata is an example for the world to follow.

Another poor mix of article by rediff
by I on Dec 20, 2007 07:24 PM  | Hide replies

Both issues are entirely different. TATA is ranked third in transparancy is one good news and pride for TATA. Orient rejecting the offer of partnership, is entirely different issue. If the writer had any knowledge of outside world, he would have known that Orient didn't reject the alliance due to "transparency" issues.

A typical normal case of poor writing and poor editor.

Bytheway...congratulations to Tata group.

Transparency is one of the factors that decides whether one organisation is reliable/decent etc etc.. So there is a definite link between these two things. Rediff is right....
