Hello, In reply to your query regarding how to invest, it is usually done after carefull negotiations between the investor and the entrepreneur. The interest rate, how much money to be returned etc are all decided between the two. Regards, Nishant
A very well written, insightful article. The author has definitely done adequate homework in putting this article together... congragulations on a gr8 job and wish to see many of these
I found the article a very thought provoking and interesting one.The author has definitely done some work into it by getting first hand report from people in this business. Also the last part about some big chains is a boost to new entrepreneurs.
But i may add that another risk would be that any stand alone restaurants may have to compete with chain restaurants which are becoming ever popular.
However it has made some of us think on new ways of investment and someday an indian version of Starbucks maybe running thanks to this article
