Praying to our Air God the Great MAHARAJAH to resolve the dispute in the quickest possible way as he best thinks fit. Then only can our young adventurious pilots be at the helm again & rule the open skies. "Good luck AIR INDIA"
Iam happy that Air-India has taken such a bold step derecognising IPG. We too denounce the flash strikes by pilots taking the passengers and country's prestige for a ride. When the passengers and general public worldwide are in a crisis and can move with out fear to these countries Governement should curb any such blackmailing tactics by a handful of gentlemen. Good Luck Air India
break the damn unions!dont relent, these guys have got far too comfortable in their cocooned careers. minister shahnavaz, now do u think that air india & indian airlines have to be disinvested. the indian tax paying public do not deserve such ridiculous PSU's
In India, no matter what happens, we pamper Air India so much that much of the staff doesn't even know the meaning of 'customer satisfaction', good pleasing service on board, neatness and a smile on the faces of the air hostesses/air hosts.
the amount of business that Air India is losing because of all the above mentioned factors is untold. The officials may give some humbug numbers to statisfy the govt records. But, in reality, Air India can get so much more business ONLY IF IT increases the customer support, customer satisfaction, DEAL OFFERINGS.
For some reason, their employees seem to take everything for granted no matter what....To BECOME a competitive gloabl organizations, Air India should be revamped and should be made accountable for its operations, profits and loses and hold those officials responsible.
I thin keven most of the customer feedback forms supplied by Air India may even never reach the concerned officials.
But, when it comes to any stringent actions, the associations immediately spring into action and fight tooth and nail to keep all their benefits. But, when it comes to service...no one even makes any noise....
That is the state of affairs in Air India......We should launch an operation called SAVE AIR INDIA...
