I think airline industry has so much glamour and every politician/industrialist/rich person using the airline industry. thats why so much hue and cry about these highly paid staff. inother industries such as, IT, banking, BFSI etc., retrenchment is common and part of the life
Life is such a game changer, it makes you fly, and will also make you fall down, you should live a balanced life always, nothing is permanent, I guess most folks have made good money already, they got used to easy money ...
These guys are crying because they used to get 3 lacs pm and have been getting this for good number of years. so think of the savings . there are people who are not even earning 10,000 pm . why are we not even sympathizing with these people.
Why only Aviation sector needs government help. Even in Telecom Sector because of lackluster government policies more than 2 lakh people have lost their job. Even we need help to get earnings and jobs back. Can you help.
It seems job crisis is very high, and specially airlines it is as if sky high to sudden drop to unbearable level. After paying for such high fees and attaining good skills, you are nowhere, government should think about it, if flying is to be continued else there will be crisis of all sorts.

not to forget that all these employees have paid income taxes @ 30% of their salary....

Means they have paid a lot of TAX to the government when they were earning. Now they dont have any income
