How come you missed Bhujiya Paratha from Bihar. Its one of the tastiest food you may come across. As per my knowledge, the finger chips served by mcdonald is nothing but a copy of Bhujiya.

As per taste serially UP, Rajasthani, Maharashtrian, Punjabi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Tamil, Kerala.

All Indian food is exceptional, you can eat different every single day and have a completely different flavour. There is no other cuisine anywhere that comes close.
