More evidence that blacks are increasingly being acknowledged at least for their perseverance to be called beautiful (if not for their actual beauty) !!
What is the criteria for labeling them as most beautiful??
This parameter should have been mentioned while deciding them as the comparatively beautiful.
Priyanka has been the MISS WORLD also & definitely she was judged as Miss World based on her beauty her talent her wisdom coupled with her maturity in expressing herself in most positive way.
In some comments, it appears obvious that the judge has chosen these ladies based on their stunning looks, including their stunning exposures.
Off course, it totally depends on the reader & the watchers to decide it individually, in their own perceptive views.

So In My View - Animals, Plants, Forests & Trees are Far More Ethical, Truthful, Inclusive and Eco-Friendly than The Entire Human Race put together.

ppl have a bad habit of licking everything that is from the west even if its garbage.these ppl from west even if they will throw their slippers , ppl here will rush like beggars to pick them up and be extremely happy
