A Negress is the most beautiful woman in the world will be said only by a corrupt blind dirty judge. Priyanka chopra is not at all beautiful. Perhaps Hillary clinton should not have been in this list because she is very old though she was very beautiful dish when she was younger in her college days.
Both r full competitive.But really priyanka is one step ahead than u(color,knowledge,talent,everything).She is getting Emmny Award also.also miss world? Finally priyanka is No1. Finally Beyonce is No2. i am praying all , vote gives this style only. Next day , i will searching 3,4,...etc.
Seems like the judges were on drugs while issuing this list. Though Priyanka is beautiful, 2nd in the world is highly over-rated. Rather, none of the women in the list except ANgelina Jolie deserved to be here.

Fantastic comment well said. Only a corrupt and blind judge will say that a Negress is beautiful woman and that too the most beautiful in the world is pushing things too far.
