The author says "no country is ever safe". The article exaggerate the subject on safety issues. Do you think one can walk alone in the night at New York or Chicago or LA . Any one thought Pairs became so dangerous on the 13th Nov night. Hence can we say France is unsafe. Ensuring safety is very ones concern and which depends on multiple factors . Also people don't like cowardly act to use name of wife and child.
