Another VITAL SUBJECT should be ORGANIC FARMING using DUNG & URINE of our DESI COWS & BULLS.

nag naga raja, That was funny...but sadly that is the reality in India.
Secularism means denouncing all things told by our ancient rishis .
I feel it will be good if all the present day secularists ie the sicjularists dont do the suryanamaskar. That will also be good for humanity if such sickularists cease to exist at the earliest.
doing 12 is enough and doing more than that will not be that effective.Doing regularly matters. If you need to do more than 12 then can do it 12 in the morning and 12 in the evening for maximum benefit
This is only one exercise that covers entire body. While doing Surya Namaskara in the early morning or evening ( during sun set) if one sees the sun ( RED)for about 5 to 10 minutes, need of spectacles might not arise. 12, preferably 24 namaskara morning and evening if done properly is sufficient to remain in good health totally.
The way of exercise is the most developed and advance one therefore named as 'Surya Namaskar' being SUN as the bigest star on the sky. People thinking and joining it with the bowing to Sun is their mistake, they are devoide of its benefits, for not doing this exercise.
