Fruits are best source of nutrition and diet. But dont write of Maggi, they will be back before you wink. Sometimes i fell the ban is politically motivated. Suddenly after 30 years the govt realized that there is lead and MSG, as though other food items are devoid of harmful chemicals

there is more lead than maggi where veg. cultivate near railway track (in mumbai) using gutter water. these land leased by railway. many times highlighted by media. where is FDA, why it is not banned.
