Private sector is worst for employee to get exploit.

Company in private want to show they are working fairly for employee but in reality they are stopping all possible way for employee welfare in the name of performance they are exploiting employee. In private employee not getting all bank & public holiday even after some time not taken leave expire after six month is totally illegal. When employee want enough time to take leave for getting searching new job then lot of question asked by company in Private by their boss why you need leave give explanation you can’t speak the truth if you speak truth then they will put you in trouble by all possible way. Hence proofed they only want to exploit employee getting & searing new job is not easy or possible they are not giving paid leave hence now in corporate employee is working like slave need to stop . They can say many thing are better in private is wrong but reality private sector is worst for employee. In private only employee getting used & throw without getting right compensation, salary. Hence proved employee are getting exploit in every manner in private, Corporate. Government must work for private employee welfare to give them protection from unjustified, illegal policy made by company to exploit employee. In private sector employee not getting increment on time or not at all is also illegal need to stop by making law for fair increment by percentage of salary by law.

The entire appraisal process is huss-huss process. All the points told in favour/against you, is there a process to validate against your peers? Most perfect people in the Universe also have weak points.

This is major issue that there should be Fact analysis in place of Data analysis . what is best is it 99 out of 100 or 80 out of 100 .
there should be boss analysis , organization analysis which is equally important , and out comes of boss analysis must be a part of appraisal to evaluate their performance

The Moral of the story is, don't fight with your boss after appraisal. Search for Good Job and then show you back on them & move on.

what diff it makes - difference between a good appraisal and bad appraisal is only of Rs 1000 a month.
so don't loose peace piece of mind for 1000 bucks. look for a better job

i feel its not about money...its about recognition and reward you get in terms of hike. we are more disappointed by not achieving peak reward rather monetary benefit.

haha well said.. in indian organisations appraisals r for seniors only , juniors just have to either do gulaami or leave !
