True , with almost 65% population below the age of 35, and a ever increasing youth population India does have in it an inherently large work force . However , this pool of resource, wild, energetic and useful as it may be , would not be realized till there are enough jobs for them . If opportunities and jobs don't get created , the results would be catastrophic . Looting, robbery , theft and violent crimes would increase ten fold . So , like energy , oil , petrol and coal, the youth of the country are a resource that should be carefully groomed and trained . Else , the consequences would be unfavorable .
