All insecure jobs should need to get paid highly period, so incase of layoffs sustenance can happen....So is the reason Americans were demanding high pay earlier, and Indians barged in to take their place...for cheap...no what goes around comes around after all...at some point and the corporates want it still cheaper after all..asking for more and more...Also all items in shops are over priced including realty...
