I am a retired defence guy got into a few corporate of great brands (Lets not name them) at a senior level, for earning my bread honestly, holding my head high, but came out disgusted after a great learning experience. Yes indeed this craft wasn’t ever known to me, till I had joined them.
If only forwarding a job to a subordinate / junior & not guiding him in his difficulties would yield me appreciation ... then I would not like that appreciation.
If, I would be called a poor or a bad manager for involving myself into a participative management with my subordinates / juniors ... Then I would not take that as well.
If there is an insistence on deliverance only to please the boss, instead of the company’s common goal.... then I am not for it.
The list is endless....
In the end would like to ask the stalwarts are they really working for the company ??? OR are they only swiping they day in & day out just to keep their chair intact & save their jobs ... People call me a victim of ideology ... but I can’t help being that.
Alas ... I didn’t attend any premier management institute.....but I am certainly curious about knowing whether or not they have such lessons in their syllabus.

Mr. Bose, it seems you pulled the trigger of your machine gun in rapid fire mode. The gun fired too many rounds.
