In high attrition India, Social security required because for struggling for new Job also required money backup till we will not get right Job that can be go up to 6 month also in high Job salary or for getting right salary Job. Hence government must make compulsion to company can't sack employee unless he will get social security for struggle is the right of every man. Company takes the resignation forcefully without even valid reason can't be allowed by law but still company not following the law. Company HR should be punished for sacking the employee or Who sack the employee.

Have you seen Canadian job market? There are not many jobs for youth. Most of guys and gals pass time doing 20 hrs a week job in stores ,this and that. Indian is much better. Here an ordinary idiot with third rate graduations becomes permanent govt officer by mass recruitment and huge reservations too. Dont clamor. Work hard and become competitive and sincere.
In India there is no way of any sort of theory,or standards.Aything can happen in India. Referring to subject of interview,in Govt a man of influence rises above his colleagues, more talented person, sae in pvt organisations also,A senior boss does not want to hire a talented youngster as he feels threat,by mistake if hired also he/she is shown the path where his/her career will be ruined,so rejection/fialure does not mean anybigdeal in INDIA.The same rejected person will be hired somewhere else through some infulences and with much high salary or perks. So we are lagging in every aspect be it Nationalism,Sports, intellect,Innovation,Education,ro reforms. So only thing we have to be more Honest towards whatever we do/say/act. Our Concern should be to forge ahead with the right means, for the right cause. Jai Hind
You will be rejected in interview usually if: 1. Interviewer did not find anything in common with you like language, place, college
2. Interviewer feels you will not behave like a good s1ave.
3. Interviewer finds you are over qualified
Only freshers get job based on skill. As your experience level goes up, the above mentioned points will come in play more n more.
You will also find that: 1. Employees who stay for long in same organization are usually worse. 2. Good employees who value dignity and hard-work will be forced to switch jobs often.

Bingo!!! So much for value n ethic based work atmospheres in work places (which all management boast of but forget immediately once a lolling tongue or widened lips come into the picture.)
Hi I went to HP Bangalore Electronic city interview Interview didn't introduced and he has not asked me about myself he started asking Technical questions That guy dont know etiquette of Interview I dont know how what is wrong with HP dont go to HP company which unprofessional company same with CTS
When we go for Education, we have to study hard, get Big Marks - If not we will be like Crimina1s in the eyes of Parents, Relatives, Society will ma1ign us if we are under qualified.
Employers do not accept our resume or do not allow our career to develop for too long in one single company due to Politics, Target and refusal in hikes, they have Strict norms for Punctuality and other Managerial attitude issues.
The Entire System of Education, Hire and Fire seems to be like it is coming from Burning He11 and is completely frustrating and flawed.
It reduces Human beings to Educated S1aves, it ens1avens and destroys morale of an individual, and does not Empower them to have a Bright Dignified or Successful future.

Not true. A guy comes out of a college with a third rate graduation or MBA degree and expects a beautiful secretary,AC office, car and Rs 1 lac salary. may I ask , why? Time for our youth to introspect. Indian employment process is much easier than in USA or Canada.

If you dont believe me just ring up any call center of an MNC where this young lot as you say work.Say Yahoo or any other company. You will see how they behave . False English slang.Lot of ego, lack of diplomacy and negative attitude to customer complaint. Most of companies dont even reply to customer online grievance postings.
