In the article the focus on only work pressure. Not only this reason is behind quitting. There are other reasons also, specially office politics. Management going entirely on HRs feedback. Not assessing employee independently. very few are luck to be on HRs good book in spite doing their job excellently

No dear. HR is just a sandwich between management and employee. An employee is asked to resign purely on basis of operation - head feedback. If HR opposes, matter is escalated to CEO who in turn supports the business Head since they run the business
Organization closed the concerned section, then what? If Organization has closed down the concerned section, but I know due to office politics management did it. Then how to overcome it?
