we being the nature's creation first of all shld not wear any cloths..we must live by hunting...there is nothing called money in this world..when whole world belongs to you..people fight for land..and this is wat will happen if you go against nature.

well said. lady getting drunk and stay out upto late night and travel along in a cab under a highly intoxicated condition and blame government for any bad happen has become a fashion. Even in Newyork city women rarely dare to travel alone in a cab under such condition. Self discipline is first required and all the women welfare groups who shout at top of their voice now should teach that first.
Why is a lady drinking somemuch late night and went home..are their parents not worried of her being late???..even in usa there are lots n lots of crime against women..many go unreported..manyy unsolved rape cases for years..these girls want to make some quick money..tht is the real motive..but i know now all dogs will start barking at me..

After reading the kind of precaution a woman in India needs to take while availing a cab service, it makes me sad. Woman have to be given more consideration equal or more respect as they do multiple chores to maintain their family. Would have been good if the cab driver with such criminal antecedents remembers that they have mother/wife/sister in their life and avoid making such advances.
the cab agencies need to screen and check out the cabbies strictly. actually even as male, i have had uncomfortable ride with a tourist taxi.just annoying.nothing serious though.was muslim guy. so i can imagine for women,it would be much worse. --------------- anyway about treatement of the UBER taxi driver. no point in getting hystereical. the woman is still alive, with all facultites intact. raype is situation happening in many countries. including first world countries. there are mucch worse criminals - muRderers -teRRorists -peDOphiles - crime gang -hitmen -dacOits,thUgs -serial kiLLers etc on my scale..if the woman is alive.it is not heinous crime. yes, bad crime which need sentence.
