Ha - How soon should I join? How about asking whats your notice period. These experts are giving advices to suit the corporates. Why should a company expect a candidate to join earlier than the notice period they expect their employees to serve? Our companies have one way HR policies that suit only their own interests, and have nothing for the employees. Oh you lost lakhs because the candidate joined late? wait you will get 4 times that amount when he resigns.

how foolish? Do you think employer will answer truly ?Never.He will say what interest you if he has decided to take you in , otherwise he will say what disinterest you if he wants you not to join.Is there anyone around who can tell that his boss has kept promises what were made when he was about take his bumps in the company ?
