Seems you are not going for JOB.... you are going for Business de
by Amit Kohli on Dec 07, 2014 08:05 AM

This is not a business finance deal where we are asking questions before giving loan to someone.....

If an applicant question this much, answer will be, "We will get back to you"...... and someone else gets the opportunity.

joke
by Suresh John on Dec 04, 2014 01:46 PM

Ha - How soon should I join?
How about asking whats your notice period.
These experts are giving advices to suit the corporates.
Why should a company expect a candidate to join earlier than the notice period they expect their employees to serve?
Our companies have one way HR policies that suit only their own interests, and have nothing for the employees.
Oh you lost lakhs because the candidate joined late? wait you will get 4 times that amount when he resigns.

Dear all friends, the questions are suggested by the self decided expats may be good or right according to them, The fact is most of the consultants are running small offices, single man office, the unit without production or there are no chance to count the outputs in their offices, The units which are in production or tread are differ, All the progress and development is depend on the output from the employee. Most of the companies are recruiting the employees not directly on senior positions bu some of the companies create rosy post in the organization.
Dear all youth, please note take proper guidance from the experience people,
