Dear all friends, the questions are suggested by the self decided expats may be good or right according to them, The fact is most of the consultants are running small offices, single man office, the unit without production or there are no chance to count the outputs in their offices, The units which are in production or tread are differ, All the progress and development is depend on the output from the employee. Most of the companies are recruiting the employees not directly on senior positions bu some of the companies create rosy post in the organization.

If you have a another job in your hand to join, than ask tehse above questions to your employer. because it is sure you will not get this job.

the typical Indian employer will say, get lost and find another job, you are fired before hired, we want hard working donkeys and not extra smart person like you.....

as if employees are of highest standards.
Hope you know how many no-shows happen. i.e. they lie that they will join. Only on last day, employer comes to know that the candidate is not joining.
I think notice period should be reduced to 2 months across the industry. It is fair period.
Those who ask abt career path, should also know their part in shaping their own careers. There is no such thing called career path. it is an illusion.

in my experience and as per my knowledge, what you are saying is TRUE. No company in India, infact all over the world, wont accept smart guys. Everyone wants JUNKies, who can sit more than 10 hours in Offy. Forget about whats HRs are saying, those are not the fact actually happens in any organisation.
