Awesome inspiration..Hats off to Dr Panda
by Maria107 on Sep 16, 2015 09:40 AM

Dr Panda's inspiring story should be a guideline for all the parents and children. This generation if a teacher or Principal punish the students, parents comes first to school and fight with them and make up all unwanted stories and make it a big issue outside. Never support the children where they are wrong if you want them to grow as a true humanbeing.

I am truly inspired after treading this article. There are few take away from this.

1) People go abroad for higher studies and hone their skills. But how many of them come back to our mother land india and offer their services--Be it in Medical profession, Engineering etc;
2) Learning from the mistake (straying episodes )
3)Dedication, Discipline and hard work.
4)buiding a team work and retaining the talent.
5) last but not the least--A positive ambition to set a global standard in the cardiac care.
6) Positive attitude to handle any complicated cases.( Multiple grafts )

So far I am under the impression: Dr Cherian from Railway Hospital Chennai and later founded Madras Medical Foundation in Chennai is the best Cardiac Surgeon.

Regarding Dr. Ramakan Panda's interview
by MANOJ DASH on May 18, 2015 12:29 PM  | Hide replies

1. There is no such district in Odisha as 'Jashpur'. Please check facts before writing.
2. Dr. Panda is cashing in on his reputation and ability as one of the finest doctors in cardiac surgery.
3. Please also interview and get opinion of patients who get treatment at his Mumbai Institute at BKC as to how there is a very well designed mechanism to fleece people and not listen to their genuine concerns.
4. The fact of the matter is he or his Institute are not exceptions. These private sector hospitals loot people on various pretexts throwing probity, transparency and medical ethics to the winds.

My friend s.s Rajan
by CV harish on Nov 27, 2014 09:52 AM

He lived in a small tamil nadu town called tiru oonaiyoor near trichnopoly district. His father was a carpenter and mother a petty grocer. Total income of two people came up to only 7600 rs. To couple the problems Rjan's dad was a drunkard who regularly picked up quarrels at home and workplace as a result of which people gathered home. he also had the habit of taking loans. His mom was by no means good at house keeping nor bringing up children. All these did not hamper Rajan, the scruffy boy studied in a govt arts and science college and obtained masters of computer applications with 88% marks and was picked up by IBM for some preojects in iots hyderabad office. Following that Rajan went to medellin in columbia on a metro rail project deputed By IBM.wHILE ON THIS PROJECT KPMG MADE AN OFFER TO HIM as consultant to be placed in Paris. From there he never looked back and is now at a very senior level. tHE FIRST THING HE DID AFTER GETTING jOB WAS TO FUND A NEW SANITATION AND PUBLIC BATH CENTRE FOR FOLKS IN HIS HOME TOWN. TRULY RAJAN IS AS MUCH GENTLE MANLY AS HE IS BRILLIANT AND ENTERPRISING AND IS WORTH EMULATION.
