Mistake is doing wrong things inadvertently.
Rape, murder etc are done with a lot of planning. These are crimes. Kasab can not say that he killed people by mistake.A rapist is found to be remorseless after committing the heinous act.They are criminals and are as dangerous as wild beasts.
