All have to pay the price for being born in a backward society, and a price to be paid in the efforts to make it less uncivilized. Law cannot protect every innocent. These are natural laws of circumstances, not subject to human intervention or control.
When a crime is a class crime, the solution has to be a class solution. It is essential that rapists face a very hard life, whether while trying to escape punishment or when caught and punished. It is immaterial whether some innocent guys get caught up and punished or even killed. What matters is whether the community of rapists and the community of victims feel a drastic change in their respective situations.
No civilized society can exist if it tries to give absolute protection to the innocent. A price has to be paid by everyone, including the innocent.

when innocents are punished, crime multiplies... The innocent becomes a criminal. The criminals get bolder, as they are not caught.

According to new rape laws...if yu look at a woman - it is rape. The woman can file a case against you. you will be in jail until proven innocent......

As long as a large proportion of Indians fall in the mental category of sheep and goats ("Bhaerdh Bakrie"), the quality of administrators who deal with them will remain that of goat herders and the sheep herders.
The only way out is to allow the sheep and goats to become human beings. It demands each one to be given deep knowledge of French Revolution, Elementary Mathematics, Elementary Science, Good English, and their Mother Tongue. Provocative education is the only process that can turn one billion Indian sheep and goats into humans.

Correct. Our memory is very dull so we select such corrupt clowns to rule us. Since most of the rapists are Muslims he is playing a vote bank politics.
How can some one be so insensitive towards such an issue? The women must consider such remarks while exercising their voting right. These people do not deserve to be part of the legislative process.
He is the biggest obstacle in passing the Women's Reservation Bill in the Lok Sabha which has not been tabled although passed by thumping by the Rajya Sabha THREE years ago. Give him a fitting and well deserved reply by all those in favour of gender equality by not voting for his party.
