potato is western diet..so it finds its way here..coconut is Indian..so shun Indian products...accept western products bleed our Industry..as usual our Indian scientists do research on western food not Indian..for reasons well known to them..

absolutely. banana also has potassium and far superior to potato which must be cooked. coconut is the best food ignored by our dumb scientists
does Pranayama lowers the BP, and should people having high cholesterol normal or little towards lower side BP ad on line diabeties,do yoga or workout etc

Yes paranayam does lower BP Bhrastika if performed at a higher speed can increase BP . Slow Bhrastika , Anulom Vilom , Ujjayi and specially Bhramari Pranayam followed by Yog Nindra is very good.
