Lower your BP by cutting down on salt intake in all forms.

Also, Stop eating processed food.

since its difficult to decrease salt)nacl) switch to Rock salt(Himalayan..safe and great for health conscious people..

eating potatoes or say potassium rich fruits ad vegetables to control BP ,that means one can have coconut water in the morning for K .

potato is western diet..so it finds its way here..coconut is Indian..so shun Indian products...accept western products bleed our Industry..as usual our Indian scientists do research on western food not Indian..for reasons well known to them..

absolutely. banana also has potassium and far superior to potato which must be cooked. coconut is the best food ignored by our dumb scientists

Yes paranayam does lower BP
Bhrastika if performed at a higher speed can increase BP .
Slow Bhrastika , Anulom Vilom , Ujjayi and specially Bhramari Pranayam followed by Yog Nindra is very good.
