Friend, it dosent apply to all. One should be aware of one`s medical condition and consult doctor if there is any anomaly.
One of the best way to tackle this problem is doing paranayam i.e breathing exercise. Lom vilom. Inhale from right nostril outhale from left and do the same from left to right. This is one cycle. It take from 20-30 sec per cycle. If we can do 10-20 cycle everyday in morning and in the evening. It may treat BP parmanently. I have my personal experience. However do not stop medicine you may reduce the samecperiodically. Whatevr is said above also true to be followed for best results

Baba Ramdev has claimed to root out H.B.P. through his pranayams and his ayurvedic medicines. Watch him on AASTHA Channel daily at 5 am and 8 pm.
Indian media should seek health articles seeing Indians not Americans or Europeans life style..
The audience here is Indian not foreign...rediff caters mostly to Indians world over...our life style our food our tastes our body types are not the way depicted..we are told to do the way west does but man it doesn't help us..my uncle was given radiation for cancer keeping in view the american or western body type...poor man he died of pneumonia...after 26 lakhs doctors fees..the dosage given for 3 Indians put together...

This is a very serious view which I always think about. Most of the health research and diet advice are published based on western studies. It doesnt work in all part of the world. Food habits, life style, climate conditions and size of body (take a German's and a Japanese body structure) etc are so crucial while conducting medical research. But most of the time we blindly obey what west say
