When a citizen want to sleep or what he shd eat or what he shd think, cannot be controlled by law. These are natural instincts. He should sleep when he wants to and freedom given to both men and women to supress their feelings., At teenage, sleeping with their partner can reduce stress levels, supress unwanted feelings, and focus on their studies. It helps students to perform better.

what an idiotic comment? some pidos also want to sleep with children and it is their natural instinct. can this be allowed? the problem is that the 16 yo is not mentally matured and hence the person that forces to sleep should be condemned as the offender.

Tamil Lover is right! More laws create more crime. USA has the toughest laws, but crime there is at peak compared to the rest of the world.

20 was essential for every body in vedic principles to practice absistence from ,25 permitted to forayinto marriage/ family or choose to live in with each other with consent . deviating from the ancient righteousness way of livin are the root cause of imbalances& waywardness of urban / rural socities of today /everything had a time /place in different stages of life ..Follow it to attain contentment in health ,wealth& spiritual ity .
