Guarantee
by virendra Antredi on Jul 27, 2013 05:42 PM

There is also no guarantee that an academically bright student employed by the corporate may succeed. Most of the time he will be trying to prove his selection rather than understand and fulfill corporate requirements and then corporates have to support the candidates ill fated ideas since they have to prove that the candidated they have hired is excellent.

100% Companies and Employers are exploiters in India
by M on Jul 26, 2013 11:47 AM  | Hide replies

100% Companies and Employers are exploiters in India.
They are no different from Proletarians theory promulgated by Marx 100 years ago.
Any Corporate person in India with fat earning has no right to criticize students of India because students are ones who want to be honest and of character but environment has been degraded and destroyed by all rich-people only and the CORPORATES come first in that category.
Those who exploit and loot are the biggest TALKERs in India.

few days back i read in rediff that 3/4th of white collar jobs are filled by reference or janpahchan or jugad. And this paid story of marketing a book so that more people can buy it...Arre baba..90% marketing/advertisements are liers..they don't state the facts .one example--same manufacturing technolgy used to prepare hamam, lifebouy, lux or dettol soap. But see the adds they will try to fool the people that ours is the best..Same thing done by our politicians--all are corrupt and eventually loot the public money but they will preach that when we win we will give better government..See the case with all type aastha channels--same thing..

Not just engineers and MBAs
by Raghavendra Ravi on Jul 26, 2013 09:18 AM

Now every one - science graduates, art graduates ... almost any one - the only work they want to do is to sit infront of a computer in an airconditioned office sipping paper cups of coffee and work all by themselves. They do not like team work / they do not like sales / they do not like manufacturing / they do not want to touch, lift any material .. they will only operate the key board. Location - cities ONLY .. a very limited concept of what work can be. Parents are equally responsible - they ensure that their children NEVER have to do any "hard" work. work always has to be soft!! How can a country grow?

MBAs in India..
by Intel Midfield on Jul 25, 2013 04:12 PM

Have opinion on Every thing and Any thing on earth with very lil understanding.MBA in India means how to sell things by telling plethora of lies in English. One such lunatic Amish T is telling his version stories from Indian Mythologies, One Cricket Commentrator who happens to be from some IIM tells success Mantra shamlelessly w/o acknowledging many from his Batch many be heading Big MNCs while he's doing what an illiterate can do.
