Respected Judges Sir, We beg you to kindly insist the NEET from Next Batch, Since enough time is there to get Ready to Face the exam sir. Please, Please, Please Sir.
tha judgement about NEET xam on last day by former CJI is disappointment for lakhs of students who appeared in that xam.no proper thinking is done on the aspect of it .money seems to have played a big role.single xam would bein the best interest of the students as they woul not be required to run from one place to another for the xam.ok the xam conducting agency shud have charged appropriate xam entrance fee for the xpendeture etc which students would have paid happily to avoid hassles from running to diffrent places.moreover the pvt owners must have established their medical/dental colleges on subsidised land from govt. so govt can seek a few seats in ug n pg levels from the pvt players compulsorily n if they do not agree their registration could be suspended etc.such seats could be offered to the selected candidates at 25pc of fee of management qouta but strictly based on merit obtained in neet xam.choice from selected candidates can be sought at the time counselling and according to merit(my opinion). NOW GOVT SHOULD FILE A REVIEW PTITION ON THE JUDGEMENT ASAP TO HELP THE STUDENTS IN THE NEXT XAM.IN MY OPINION HON JUDGE MR. DAVE GAVE CORRECT OPINION ABOUT THE PLIGHT OF THE STUDENTS. HOPE THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER N DECIDE ABOUT IT ASAP.
My daughter wasted 2 years to prepare for NEET exam and last moment decide to admission on basis of GUJCET and she score less in gujcet (Only 3 marks less to qualify for MBBS and DENTAL) and stste ranked 6000 in NEET.S what is the meaning of NEET after wasting 2 year. She got 81 % in board exam even though she is not eligible for MBBS. And the student who got 50 % in board and 60 marks in GUJCET eligible for MBBS.So there is no value of board.
How a Judge can give a decision on last day of his job? although technically it is correct but morally is it correct? Because this decision indirectly gives permission to pvt. medical colleges to loot students / parents. Why hastily the decision is take by CJI on last day of his retirement?, as the judgement was not going to make any effect on this years admission. In the interest of student community, only one entrance test must be there, which will be binding on all colleges (Govt / Aided / Private Unaided / Deemed University)
The article does not disclose the identity of the institutes that have filed the petition. Most engineering and medical colleges are owned by politicians and its hardly surprising that they would be in the vanguard of the campaign against MCI's common entrance test.

Things are not so simple. Every thing can not be connected to corruption and vested interest. There are genuine objections.Students giving this exam in vernacular languages are elegible for admission in their particular state e.g. students taking the exam in tamil are only eligible for admission in Tamil Nadu. Where as those taking the exam in Hindi are eligible for admission an all India basis. Non Hindi speaking states are considering this as discrimination since the medium of instruction in medical colleges is English. There are many objections like these. THe scheme surely needs to be implemented but after thorough review and taking a wider view of the matter and taking all states into confidence.

what argument u telling they appearing for Medical entrance exam not for Art college, all has to give exam in English not in vernacular language.
The idea of one exam for med entrance on an all India basis is certainly desirable. It will certainly be helpful for aspiring students. But the way it was being implemented is nor desirable. Some of the provisions are certainly objectionable. The whole thing needs to be reviewed and a general consensus of all states need to be taken. India is after all a federal polity.
Have said this Before and will repeat again - SC and courts are getting increasingly bookish and not giving judgements with the focus on "natural justice"
I mean removal of ban on dance bars...Does SC know that this will lead to all sorts of illegal activites in residential neighbourhoods of Mumbai....Decision on the NEET - Is it not in the interest of Natural justice and students that they take 1 exam and based on merit get admission anywhere in the country....
SC has to intepret the law, but SC should also look at natural and universal justice than just giving bookish judgements.
And this trend in the juduciary is leading to a number of PILs by interested parties which is really creating negativity about the economy.
Foregin investors feel that this increasing judical activism could lead to any policy decision being reversed and delayed by courts and hence do not want to commit to the India story
