a) Do this thing/ take this package for now, we'll see about it later (that later never comes n if you ask, you're either shouted at or asked to leave)
b) We employ & reward only the best (that in reality means only those with the best influence & the best lickers/ the best lays.)
Employers complain about experience and about lack of experience. When having related experience they reject it. Yet they complain about no experienced people. Hello, how do you think people can get in the door is by using the related experience and build upon it to give the direct experience employers are looking for. I had many interviews for property management who say it is all related experience. (Hello, experience, experience, experience) With my security, Business Management diploma, Real Estate certificates, writing property management guides for security and building management companies, handling parents and friends condo and rental issues this is not good enough. Like a employer who is going to buy a car at a car dealership and the sales man is the government, the employer walks in and says, "Want a car." and the sales man asks, "What kind of car?" the employer says, "Want a car!" (No specifications etc) the sales person comes with a car and that is not good enough the employer says, "No want a car" This is what we face with people want something and they don't want it.
I was promised double of what I was already getting but the truth turned out to be different. With a lot of more and inferior work I was paid almost the same what I was earning in my previous respectable position.
We do increment twice in a year, one in april and another around november based on your performance. Then you comes to know that there are never two increments in a year, it is just on paper and company not doing well even after earning so much money, you get a meager increment. It's best to keep jumping and try to get more salary by hook or by crook.
