Both Employee & Employer lies
by sai krishna on Jan 02, 2014 07:44 AM  | Hide replies

Both employee and employer lies, this is an exploitative world, there are only two parties exploitee and exploiter no other choice. If you are not the exploiter then exploitee, if you are eploiter then somebody else is exploitee. This is the formula and principle on which the world is moving, moved and will move. The lies of employer and employee are known to both of them, and they are comfortable with their lies, that's the reason they get associated. So nothing worry about this. No exception of any one either employer or employee of any status. This is the way of life. Sai Krishna.Y.

But it is not an equal association. If employee lies, employer can further exploit employee by giving smaller increments or any other way but if employer lies employee cannot get back at him and he has very less choice.

Employer always lure the employee during interviews
by Ramanarao Kallepally on Jan 01, 2014 05:53 PM

Now-a-days Employer became very clever, they never say that how much salary they are going to offer the employee after selection. They want o commit from the employee then they will decide themselves to finalise the salary to be given. In private and public sector departments they will extract maximum work from the employee and give meager salary. This is totally injustice in favour of the employer to employee. There are some CG Orgns. in Hyderabad who extract more work and take employees as Outsourcing and behave like animals with them so that the employee will be fed up to leave the job this is the case of CPWD which has been recently declared in the news paper as corrupt organisation in India.

India? a joke
by sridhar nanagiri on Jan 01, 2014 10:23 AM

According to the World Investment Report 2009, issued by the UNCTAD (United Nations Conference on Trade and Development), there is a total of 3,057 multinational companies (MNCs) in India: 815 based in the country and 2,242 foreign affiliates. From 2004 to 2009, the number of Indian-based MNCs decreased nearly 50%, while the number of foreign affiliates increased 90%.It may touch by 4500 now in 2014. There are around 1 million SME who provides jobs to an Indian population comprising of 1.3 billion people.

Where is the progress and opportunity for everyone. Does anyone know India is one of the most toughest place and one of the most lowest paid country in the world with internal politics and long working hours. There are big army of unemployed youths in India.

In comparison a small island nation like Singapore has 7,000 MNC companies and 1 lakh SME who serve a population of 50 lakhs.

Compare this ratio which clearly says there are few handful of people who are being given opportunity in this country where supply of labor ousted demand in large numbers. In addition to the meager salary we get in India where you cannot even buy peanuts.

One more thing in India only 5-6 metropolitan cities like Mumba, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, Pune and Kolkatta, Hyderabad has high technology jobs. If you are not from these technology advance cities you have no option.

This is the fate of India

What can an employee do????
by joby joseph on Dec 31, 2013 11:17 AM  | Hide replies

If a candidate lies during interview and he is caught even after joining, he is terminated. What step of action is there for the employee???

The lies mentioned in the article are white lies. What about blatant bluffing by the employer???

I was told by my previous employer that I am selected as State Head and I will have an assistant under me. After joining I was told that 5 states are under me, which made me happy. After a few days I was told that no assistant will be provided. Its not that the company was going through a bad time. But this was a case of blatant lying by the employer during the interview

Why go far; take the case of our own country. They cry hoarse every time that there's no dynasteism in kangress at all. But when it's showtime, they meekly start shouting "Jai Ho" for the Gandis, forgetting everything & putting their feet in their mouths, shamelessly.

But I think kangress is the most open party 'coz they have kept the topmost position closed n reserved for only one name - Gandi & they're completely open 'bout it.
