Unfortunately death doesn't come without troubling you. If you take all these, immediate death will not be there. It will only trouble your kith and kin by taking to hospital medicine etc. They will curse you. So better avoid and die with good health.

The only source for vitamin B for vegetarian is milk products so if you give up eating mild products you have another serious problem. The only way out is regular exercise, eat everything and spare half an hour every morning for excercise.

You're still under the risk category. Change your lifestyle and diet. Walk for atleast 45 mins every day. Don't neglect. All the best.

Anything in moderation is not bad for health. Provided you workout and burn out the fat. Its the inert lifestyle that's causing all the problems. Ghee does have its own benefits...provided taken in moderation.

Dear Shashwat, u DON'T get ghee in any processed sweets or foods today. it is all margarine (DALDA) and ghee is getting bad name because of this
please buy raw butter and make pure ghee at home and consume judiciously. it is definitely healthy and better than all refined oils
