no age to start enjoying a fav outdoor activity, large spending on gyms, weight loss pills have temporary results, once you start enjoying your sport and outdoor activities, it becomes your routine..don't allow yourself to get bored, there you start to put on weight- Mark my word!

he didn't say anyting new for you to get 'inspired'. You might have heard it umpteen times before and are probably going to hear more in future. But the whole point is, how much of it is practical and can be followed?

Losing weight
by mikhail mikhail on Nov 26, 2012 01:27 PM  | Hide replies

I have problem walking. Waist downwards, I have continuous pain. In fact if I walk for even 2 minutes, I start getting cramps. So I would like to know if there is any alternative to walking if I want to lose weight. My ideal weight should be 60 Kg but I weigh 69-70 Kg.

Pls visit a good doctor (an interventional radiologist may perhaps be of help) to get your legs checked. The difficulty in walking may be a result of clogged arteries which could be very harmful in the long run

Try drinking plenty of water. Sometimes, when you are not taking in adequate amount of water, toxins in the body are not properly flushed out and cause pain. If you dont see any improvement in a week or so, visit a doctor. Diagnosing the cause is very important, if it is not serious, you can experiment different things, physio therapy, Yoga/meditation, Ayurvedic medication etc that do not have any side effects.
