FAILING in exam can be taken positively, but un-necessarily wasting an year of one's brillint life is very painful. If a candidate fails in an academic examination, re-examination should be conducted within a month or two in order to help the student to realize the past short comings and pass the exam by better preparation.
But unfortunately , we live in an Indian education system, where the examination process takes pleasure in ruining a student's academic year.
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR ANY STUDENT.
The Rukmani Riar case is a pure example of how a student can bounce back. One single examination failure should not write off a candidate.
LETS ALL DO AWAY WITH THE SYSTEM WHICH RUINS THE FUTURE OF OUR CHILDREN BY MAKING THEM LOSE PRECIOUS ACADEMIC YEAR AND LIFE, BY FAILING THEM IN A EXAM.

failure is part of one's life. infact...ppl who fail more are emotionally tougher.
What one should DI change is one's attitude towards failure. No one learns anything from success but you do learn from your failures.
I think this is where parents should step in and encourage the child and teach him/her that facing a failure in life doesn't mean that you're a loser.

You cannot designate anyone as intelligent, all people are intelligent.
