I am having an outstanding home loan of 18.62 lacs with HDFC. The ROI is 11.75%. (PLR-SPREAD). In my case PLR is 16.75% & spread is 5%.To change the spread from 5% to 6.6%, I have to pay 5200 approx. to HDFC then my effective ROI will be 10.15%. SBI is also offering 10.15% ROI for shifting of loan from HDFC to SBI but for completing the formalities I have to spend nearly 20000/-. I want to know whether I should opt for SBI, since I have to continue the loan for next 16 years.
I have remaining home loan of 35 lacs with ICICI HFC with 11.75% interest rate. Would it be advisable to switch this loan to SBI bank? What would be processing fees

Hi Currently we have a home Loan with LICHF, when we started they have offered a 20 years loan with floating 10.40%, now after 3 months, my loan rate of interest has changed to 11.45%. Please suggest what needs to be done here as this rate of interest is too high. HDFC is providing the interest rate of 10.25%. Should I transfer my loan to HDFC.
hi this is santhosh, i am having homeloan with DHFL, for a sum of rs 10lacks at interest rate 11.25 variable, now i wanted to transfer my loan to any bank which providing interest rate 10 to 10.25 percent, can any body help me regarding this, is any bank willing to give this and whether it is better to shift or not.

Hello i have home lone from reliance capital limited and i have to shell out the rate of interest today @12% date loan started from 30/6/2010. if i have to go for lower rate of interest how should i go for it and how should i start the new inquiery, is shifting possible at this date today, what is the penelty and added charges that will i have to bear. whic bank can give me lower rates pls guide.

Currently I have Home Loan with DHFL with 10.5% interest. Please suggest If should switch it to SBI Bank with 9.95% interest rate for below 30 lacs loan amount.

Hi Currently I have a home Loan with HDFC, when i started they offered a 20 year load (240 months) with floating 10.5%, now after 18 months,now I come to know that i have 256 months pending and my rate of interest has changed to 11%. currently they are asking 11360/- to reduce it to 226 months pending, In a way all the money i paid to then has gone in vain and I have added tenure, Please suggest should i pick this offer to switch to any other Bank (SBI, if possible) and keep my tenure same, any change ROI should impact my EMI and not the tenure.
Hello I am ARI here, I am the existing customer for AXIS bank from the last 2 yrs, my loan amount is 48 lakhs and the ROI is 11.25%. They asked to pay 0.5% to reduce 0.25%( will be 11%) is it worthable or i can change other bank(SBI) which is offering 10.25%. pls suggest me what to do. also how will be the charges to close the loan and take a new loan from sbi . thanks.
