"doing small jobs abroad and in India they cannot do any thing to have a decent livelihood."
This is very true. In India, one cannot have a decent livelihood by doing small jobs, therefore people who DON'T have big money go abroad to live a decent life.
I'm sorry to get personal, but the children of Ambani, Bacchan, Khans (of Bollywood), Tendulkar won't go abroad to do small jobs, because they already have a decent living in India. However, in a cvilized society, a decent living is not only the privelge of the few, but the right of the many.
Slowly things had changed in India and hence the craze for going abroad had fallen, the proof is the low demand for the great H1 B Visas to US in recent years. However, things are changing and back again under UPA poor governance, especially price rise and once again people are relooking the options of going abroad for whatever job possible, whether it is to do an MS at MIT / Caltech or drive a taxi, its OK.
