You should be walking as petrol will be 150 rs/ltr.
You wouldn't eat as Daals will be 200 rs..KG
You can't drink water as it would be 50 rs./Ltr.

so all in all... vote for them again and everyone will be more slim :)

They Have to mention it as Egg-whites as it has 3grms of Protein in 1 egg else the yolk contains the Fats and cholesterol.

It is true that in our hectic lives, people do not drink water regularly. If they feel thirsty they go for colas which are very bad for health.

It is Nonsense eating fish and eggs. Who is advising this? Eat Khakhra. Green vegetables, fruit and dry chana. Exercise is must. Trifala Guggul is also helpful.

Perhaps, the only right food mentioned is water.
Rest is plain bullshit, because, none of the foods (of course other than water) mentioned is originally Indian, all were once brought to India from other countries. Do you mean to say that gourd, melons, bitter gourd, drum sticks and several of our traditional indigenous foods are useless, or maybe you could not get references pertaining to them in foreign texts.

hare boss!!!! what about the cholestrol? how dangerous it is you know? eat daily an egg for one week & go for lipid profile test & see the cholestrol in your body & then decide eating egg! above 25years of age taking an egg daily is very very bad food. remove yolk & take daily is worth than whole egg.

NO NO NO.
research says the all parts of egg cholesterol does not get absorbed. and even if you dont take any cholesterol, body can synthesize it itself. and also recent findings found that eating 1 (sometimes 2 also) eggs per day actually never increase the cholesterol level. rather egg yolk contains some aminoacids by which egg protein become a source of complete protein, without it it's not complete. the present vitamins in yolk is also additive. beware of half-knowledge please.

Eat Egg white or you can have 2 white eggs and 1 yellow egg omlette shared between 2 people. It is case to case. in my case eating yellow increases cholestrol

today's commercially produced eggs are very poor source of vitamins as the chickens are kept away from sunlight and fed unnatural growth inducing foods with hormones.

Now, Ashoka, if you want vitamins, eat fresh vegetables, salads, fruit and stand in the sun without your shirt daily half hour for vitamin D

Eggs are known source of cholesterol, if any doubt experiment eating few days and go for blood check, why follow a conditioned research in foreign land??

Out of 6; only water is affordable at this point. Due to hike in prices almost double in last 2-3 yrs; people already getting slim in lieu of vitamin/proteins etc.
