Out of 6; only water is affordable at this point. Due to hike in prices almost double in last 2-3 yrs; people already getting slim in lieu of vitamin/proteins etc.

There is a scarcity of water throughout India. So, water is also not available.

Eat only when you want to. Do some simple things like walking, some game every now and then, do some physical activity so you are not always lazing around. Food should never be taken as you have nothing else to do.

egg only the wgg white is gud i.e proteins where as yolk is pure cholestrol.
tomato is gud bt also increases the uric acid leve n shud be taken in moderation!

who told you tomato increases uric acid levels. only proteins can increase uric acid levels like dal etc. tomato is anticancerous with various other wonderful benefits. dr.menon

not fake. he is partially right. Actually uric acid comes from ANIMAL proteins and not plant proteins like legumes, grains etc

Any dried green leaf is considered Green tea in US. In India Green Tea is TEA leaves. Which one do you mean. Mint Tea will be ideal with l little ginger and lemon.

Only TEA leaves are not green tea. When it is done with minimal oxidation during processing and the process is not CTC it is green TEA.
