you are just a frog in the well! you can get best masala dosas only in karnataka.... your tamilnadu style is just an adapted version far from the taste whta you get in karnataka especially Bangalore.. Masala dosa originated from bangalore mind it u tamil oaf

Dosa is originated in Kerala. Masala is from Karnataka. Andhra mixed them to make Masala Dosa. Tamils started selling in hotels.
They just put the list of 10 dishes one should try befor they die and asked readers to rank them. Currently masala dosa is at number 1 probably because of huge IT votes it may have got. But rediff decided to go ahead with it's imaginary ranking
i see many ppl cussing because their home state's dish is not featuring here... but this list was created by huffington post, a international blog... u sud be proud that a indian dish made it to the list, despite many other sophisticated europian dishes!
