WE SHOW OUR BOSS WHAT WE SHOULD NOT TO LOSE OUR JOB
by Varun on Jan 29, 2012 10:24 PM

We try to as sincere as possible, as dedicated as, as work-o-holic as, ignore our family, social life, our children, their studies, career, and overall EVERYTHING to impress our boss and one fine day we realize that we are neatly getting shaved off with all the above and QUIT the job - remember one thing - BE AN INDIAN WHEN YOU ARE AT HOME AND BE AN AMERICAN WHEN YOU ARE AT OFFICE - NEVER EVER SHOW THAT YOU CAN DO MUCH MORE THAN WHAT YOUR BOSS EXPECTS FROM YOU, AND ONLY THEN YOU CAN SAVE YOUR JOB

Main reason for any office debacle or employee unhappiness.....
by Pat Thakur on Jan 28, 2012 07:56 PM  | Hide replies

POLITICS.

It always begins as a rosy picture with all employees (grassroot or management) full of enthu & willing to give evrything. But inadvertently, the management begins their usual games - politics, favouritism, influenctial/ dynastic appointments, taking others for granted, vendetta, womanisisng etc etc & then the whole thing becomes a gutter. Finally, it results in closure with the grassroot level being hit the hardest. The managementy cares a shit because they have never (neither in life) felt attached to anyhting or anybody. Their only driving factor is "COMMISSION", "GIRLS" & "BOOOZE."

Given the options human's would like to eat, sleep and sex.... The only reason for work was food... As we evolved we dominated and eradicated other species... Now we have entered into a loop from where we can't get out. 90 % ppl hate what they do.... Most of ppl are in specific field due to peer/parent/society pressure. Some who are good with maths & scince end up in good institute or engineering college's. They get into coorporate life i.e. rat race & very few have sense of their worl... It' all about bigger house, car, position etc.. Some who attain it stay their other move to diffrent companies and remaning get into usual mode cynci's, bitter ppl...The bigger issue is most of us don't know what we want to do with our lives....Despite all the bullshit that an individual is unique identifier there are not enough jobs for every individual that pay well and allow one to pursue what he /she want's to do....provided he/she know..

to top all these ppl within our species created such a mateialistic , capitilistic world that 1 directional and it doesn't talk abt human's emotional growth. Bigger concern is religion and role of woman in man dominated society. Woman has been treated as second class citizen across the world from centuries... Man who is trained for being barbaic until last couple of centuries has lost all sense... Now same barbaric behavior is done via corporate ladders share market and never ending apetite of luxury... The article is useless in a sense that it is talking about a condition that in first place should not exist... Walking on 2 feet is not evolving ... we still have monkey's behaviro i.e called hiearchy ... As found in monkey the top ladder monkey (i..e politician, businessman's,celebrity's,Rich ppl) have low blodd pressure etc... while monkey i.e we have all the issues...
Morale is happiness comes from within AND unless we learn how to avoid comparision and developed a balance life it's gonna be same.

Main cause is frustartion. Frustartion is because of high expectations. Expectations are due to mimicing of the colleagues. What we lack is professional approach in our job. Undue attachments to post and position. Envy and jealousy at work. Answer is NIRVANA. Accept the inevitable. Quit if your financial status permits. But you will face same situation every where, because it is in your mind.

My feeling is that you get paid only once a month, and you have to work 29 days and if you dont enjoy the 29 days then no amount of money can help.
